Note:
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per hotel policy
- A medium vehicle will be provided for 1–3 travelers and an Innova will be provided for 4 travelers
- The state reserves the right to close any tourist place if found necessary without prior notice
- Hotels located on Mall Road: if vehicles are not allowed, guests will be dropped at the nearest parking and will need to walk to the hotel
- Rohtang Pass is approximately 51 km from Manali and remains inaccessible for most of the year due to snow
- Snow clothes, jackets, and gumboots are available on rent at shops on Rohtang Road at additional cost
- Peak period surcharge will be applicable for bookings on public holidays, festivals, exhibitions, and long weekends. The surcharge amount will be advised at the time of booking
